Care Assistant Worker

As a Care Assistant Worker, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, providing support and companionship – and sharing great moments and memories too.

Every day will be different, so you can expect to undertake work that’s as varied as it is rewarding. As a Care Assistant, you could be doing anything from supporting residents with their food and drink and following care plans

As a Care Assistant Worker, you’ll bring

The ability to develop relationships with people and be skilled at managing challenging situations. You’ll be a reliable, understanding and social individual who can encourage people to look after themselves and live life in the fullest way possible.

  • 3-months UK care experience from within the past 3-years
  • Moving and handling and personal care experience
  • The right to work in the UK
